SELMER, Tenn. - A woman who killed her preacher husband with a shotgun blast to the back as he lay in bed was sentenced Friday to three years in prison, but she may end up serving only 60 days in a mental hospital.
Mary Winkler must serve 210 days, or about seven months, of her sentence before she can be released on probation, but she gets credit for the five months she has already spent in jail, Judge Weber McCraw said.

As a political tactician and theorist, it is my cold-blooded task merely to figure out how the world works, and then, how to make it work my way. And more to the point, OUR way.
The higher valuation given to female sexuality generates a seller's market for women in the so-called game of love. That is how the world works; women do not queue or cluster in quest of men's favors. No, it is nearly always men who act this way around women.

I hear lots of whining from American women these days about the supposed "man shortage" -- the unavailability of "suitable" males with whom to have "relationships."
But it is American females who have themselves created such a "shortage."
Thirty-five years ago, when I looked at the state of American Genderwar, I thought that men just Didn't Get It. I scolded them for their linear, rationalistic rigidity, for their sheep-like conformity, and for their too-frequent mistreatment of their wives, girlfriends, and subordinates in the workplace.
Twenty years ago, I thought that at last men were Getting It. They still had some ground to cover, but it was clear that strong-hearted men had made enormous progress in re-inventing themselves and masculinity. At about the same time, I began to have concerns about increasingly supremacist attitudes amongst Western women.
How speedily the floppie flips in these enatiodromic days, when seeming is not, good is evil, and sh_t is sold as soap.
By the early Nineties, I knew the worm had turned and started digging for China. In a couple horrendous decades, men had largely Gotten It - at great personal and collective price -- and a huge chunk of the American masculine had reformed itself radically, raising its consciousness on various fronts. This involved much sacrifice and courage on the part of the masculine, for manhood is ever defined according to the moment's cultural need.

Here's another reason why husbands should pay all the bills:
If mothers were hired to do all that they do, they'd be well compensated, says one survey. Salary.com determined that a stay-at-home mother might be paid as much as $134,121/year for her contributions as a housekeeper, cook, day care center teacher, laundry machine operator, CEO, facilities manager, van driver, psychologist, computer operator, and janitor. The stay-at-home mothers surveyed said they logged a total of 92 hours a week performing those jobs.
According to Salary.com a dad that works full time as a Level II Automotive Mechanic would earn an average of $43,259/year, a small fraction of what his stay-at-home wife is worth.

The average 25-year old male is utterly clueless about technology, but let's not assume the same thing about women!

"The restraining order law is one of the most unconstitutional acts ever passed," says Massachusetts attorney Gregory Hession, who has filed a federal suit on constitutional grounds. "A court can issue an order that boots you out of your house, never lets you see your children again, and takes your money, all without you even knowing that a hearing took place."

The purpose of a restraining order is to offer legal protection to victims of domestic abuse, harassment, stalking, and neighborhood disputes. This is fine and good for legitimate cases but there has been an increasing trend in which restraining orders have been granted on false allegations and used for tactical advantage in divorce courts. The discriminatory nature of these orders is made clear by state government pamphlets which state clearly that "restraining orders are available to any woman who..." Furthermore, they are issued solely on the word of the female complainant, who need only state that she is in fear.
No proof of any kind is required, no evidence, no corroborating testimony, no eyewitnesses. Just her word, and the order will be issued to deprive a man of his children, his house, his belongings, his constitutional right to due process, and his reputation, which often occurs at night, via telephone, without even a chance for the man to voice a defensive word.
The system is designed to protect "victims" at all costs and the chance that a victim might deliberately mislead the system into denying an innocent person their ability to live and function freely is an acceptable risk to meet this goal.
Unfortunately even if you do successfully defend yourself against this injustice there is nothing preventing them from getting another temporary order of protection the very day the judge denies the first one. Eventually it will be granted because all they have to prove is that they "believe" themselves to be in danger and when this happens they can reinstate the protection order every year and effectively deny the REAL victim indefinitely.
Restraining orders are handed out like candy because they lure those involved onto the battlefield and therefore create revenue for the local law enforcement community. This justifies their existance and perpetuates the entire operation. If they are lucky the "offender" will not comply with the order and become an inmate of the local corrections facility and they can all give themselves a raise for keeping everybody "safe" from domestic violence!
Getting a restraining order is as easy as filling out the following legal forms.
The Proof Nightclub was forced to cancel their ladies night after 59-year old Steve Horner filed a civil rights complaint. Horner has been on an anti-feminist crusade since his wife left him with two young children several years ago.
Yet another example of the oppression endured by american women.
Ladies night, a common tactic used by bars to increase their patronage on otherwise slow nights, is a blatant practice of gender discrimination against men. It's the night where men only are required to wait in line and pay cover charges, whereas women can bypass the queue and receive discounts on their drinks.
